WHAT IT TAKES
About 20 minutes to start. About two minutes per referral.
No selling, no paperwork, no minimums. You make the introduction; we do the rest.
STEP 1
One intro call
Twenty minutes to confirm fit and set up your tracking link and portal. You leave with a welcome kit: a one-page explainer, a family FAQ and a ready-to-send email.
STEP 2
Refer when it fits
When an assessment calls for overnight presence or daily companionship a family can't afford by the hour, share your link or forward our email.
STEP 3
We take it from there
Our team contacts the family within three business days, handles vetting and matching, and keeps you informed. Watch every referral progress in your portal.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Paid on outcomes, not clicks
Two milestones, two payments. Both are visible in your portal from the day the family lists.

How a referral qualifies
The family arrived through your tracking link; a 90-day attribution window runs from the first click
Their listing is complete and the host's identity is verified
The home is in a LiveIn Helper service area, currently Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Austin. Out-of-area families join our waitlist and we let you know the referral isn't yet eligible
The family was not already in our system before your referral
Payment terms
Commissions are paid monthly by ACH or PayPal once your balance reaches $50
Fourteen days to flag any discrepancy after a payout notice
Earned commissions are paid in full even if you later leave the program; either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice
Founding partner rates apply to partners who join during our launch window. Your current schedule is always visible in your portal
Working in a regulated setting?
If you practice in a Medicare- or Medicaid-regulated setting or under an employer conflict-of-interest policy, tell us. We'll structure a non-cash marketing-and-education partnership instead. We never want a referral fee to put you in a difficult position.
