One call
Twenty minutes to confirm fit and set up your tracking link. You receive resource-guide copy, a one-page handout for meetings and a named contact.
STEP 2
Share it
Add us to your resource guide, mention us when the cost conversation comes up at a meeting, and co-host one webinar when it suits your calendar.
STEP 3
We take it from there
Our team contacts each family within three business days, vets both sides, makes the match and keeps you posted on outcomes.

Cash or non-cash, tied to real outcomes
You pick the option in your agreement. Either way, every referral is tracked in your portal from the day the family lists.

How a referral qualifies
The family arrived through your tracking link; a 90-day attribution window runs from the first click
Their listing is complete and the host's identity is verified
The home is in a LiveIn Helper service area, currently Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Austin. Out-of-area families join our waitlist and we let you know the referral isn't yet eligible
The family was not already in our system before your referral
Payment terms
Fees are paid monthly by ACH or PayPal once your balance reaches $50
Fourteen days to flag any discrepancy after a payout notice
Earned fees are paid in full even if the partnership later ends; either side can end it with 30 days' notice
Founding partner rates apply to partners who join during our launch window. Your current schedule is always visible in your portal
